What is Convenience Store Day?
Convenience Store Day is an event where community leaders volunteer for 20 minute "shifts" in the local C-Store.  They meet and greet and interact with customers and work with store staff to help raise money for charity.


Who organizes Convenience Store Day?
The Canadian Convenience Stores Association (CCSA).


Where does the money for Convenience Store Day go?
100% of all proceeds go to registered charity.  The 2017 and 2018 charity is the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada.


What community leaders are invited?
Chamber of commerce members, law enforcement, fire departments, lions club members, municipal, provincial and federal politicians are typically invited.  Any community leader that supports small retail business is most welcome.
